When you join the Shooom waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. You may also choose to provide your Instagram username and whether you’re joining as a DJ or a venue. Like most websites, our service providers process certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, to securely operate the website.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Manage the Shooom waitlist
• Contact you about early access, product updates, and launch announcements
• Improve and maintain our website
• Prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity

Where required by law, we process your information based on your consent or our legitimate interest in operating and improving Shooom.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted service providers that help us operate Shooom, including Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Resend (email delivery). These providers process personal information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information for as long as the waitlist is active or until it is no longer reasonably necessary for launch communications, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your rights
